摘要
工程项目是施工企业的“窗口”,生产和管理的基点,经济效益的源泉。以工程项目管理为中心,提高项目的运作质量,是施工企业生存和发展永恒的主题。本文结合工程项目管理的实践,就加强工程项目成本管理问题,阐述自己的一些初步认识,共同探讨。
Engineering project, as a window of construction enterprises and the base point of production and management, is the source of economic benefit. To improve the operation quality of project through project management is the eternal subject for the enterpriseb survival and development. This thesis expatiates the way to strengthen the cost management of engineering projects integrated with the experiences of the writer.
