一 野菜古籍的现存情况
我国古代有关野菜的著述,学术界将其归入“农书·救荒赈灾”之中,现存13种,分别收藏于北京、上海、南京、广州、沈阳等地图书馆。《救荒本草》和《野菜博录》就是其中最重要的两部。
This article primarily investigate the Chinese ancient books of edible wild herbs from four aspects. First, the general situation of existent ancient books of this field in China. That includes the editions, styles and content of those leading works. Second, the meaning of these books in science and technology history. We mainly focus on the following issues: the identification, selection, planting and domestication of wild herbs and vegetables, the classifying, figuration description and portrayal of herbs, and introduction to their producing area, food nature, medicine property, and processing and cooking. Third, the humanities merits of these works in cultural heritage and social cognition. Fourth, the practical significance of this study. The ancient books of edible wild herbs is a solid and advantageous foundation of modem herb research. Nowadays wild herbs reveal great dietetic, eating - therapy and economical values.
