关于在社会主义新农村建设中新疆农业生产的几点思考

Thinking About Xinjiang Agricultural Production in Process of Socialist New Rural Construction

我国“十一五规划”中明确指出要“建设社会主义新农村”。社会主义新农村建设的基本要求之一就是“生产发展”,这与促进农村地区的农业生产发展是密不可分的。在社会主义新农村建设过程中,将新农村建设的基本要求与新疆实际状况相结合,促进新疆的农业生产发展,这是一个需要我们认真思考的议题。本文根据新疆的实际情况,分析了新疆农业生产的意义、面临的问题,并着重分析了农业产业化策略。

The Eleventh Five - Year Plan of China has brought the task of socialist new na＇al construction. One of the basic requirements in the process of socialist new rural construction is the development of production, and it is closely associated with agricultural production growth in rural areas. During the campaign in China, it is quite necessary for us to pay much attention to the fact that promoting the development of agricultural production in Xinjiang objectively demands the combination of basic requirements of new rural construction with the reality of Xinjiang. This paper makes analysis of the meanings and some problems of Xinjiang agricultural production, and specially analyzes the strategy of agricultural industrialization according to the reality of Xinjiang.
