目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的术前、术后护理方法。方法:对8例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者实施相应护理措施、进行功能锻炼指导并密切观察病情变化,积极预防并发症。结果:本组患者均对手术满意,住院期间无明显并发症发生。结论:正确的护理方法及全面的健康指导是患者早日恢复生活自理能力及工作能力的关键。

Objective ： Discuss the tendance methods for the osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures patient before and after the treatment of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty. Methods ： Implement the related tendance to 8 osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures patients, functional recovery execiscs, and observe the changes of the illness, prevent the complications. Results ： These patients are very satisfied to the treatment, without any complications occur within the period in hospital. Conclusion ：Right tendance method and full - scale health indication is the key issue to the patient for them to recover the ability to take care of the mselves and go back to work.
