摘要
目的:建立以HPLC法测定抗病毒口服液中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法.方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(6∶94),检测波长为207nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为室温.结果:盐酸麻黄碱进样量在5.8~29.0 μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6);平均加样回收率为98.13%,RSD=1.40%(n=9).结论:本法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于抗病毒口服液的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Antiviral oral liquid. METHODS: The determination was performed on Diamonsil C28(250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) . The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate (6 : 94) with flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 207nm and the column temperature was set at room temperature. RESULTS: The linear range of Ephedrine hydrochloride was 5.8- 29.0μg (r = 0.999 6), with average recovery at 98.13%, RSD = 1.4% (n - 9) . CONCLUSION: This method was highly specific, sensitive and reproducible, and applicable for the quality control of Antiviral oral liquid.
