摘要
研究有机硅高分子氨乙基氨丙基硅油的季铵化及其抗菌性能。通过对产物的一系列表征,发现季铵化后的氨基硅油具有良好的抗生物活性,并且具有一定的化学活性,可与基质形成牢固膜,有效抑制大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌的繁殖。
This paper mostly describes the study of the preparation of organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt and the study of the antimicrobial effect. After a series of tests, it was found that the product can effectively destroy Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacilus subtilis.
