介绍了数据仓库的概念,以及数据仓库在银行客户关系管理系统中的作用,结合光大银行苏州分行在客户关系管理系统上的实践,介绍了该系统的网络体系结构、软件体系结构、系统应用框架和数据库系统应用与维护的具体实现过程。
The article introduced the concept of the data warehouse and the function of the data warehouse in Bank CRM. Combining China Ever Bright Bank Suzhou Branch in the fulfillment on CRM, the article describes the network architecture of system and software architecture and application framework of the system and applications of the database and its maintenance in details.
