摘要
目的动态观察瘦素受体在大鼠酒精中毒性脑病发生中的变化及表达。方法用灌胃的方法制备大鼠酒精中毒性脑病的动物模型;采用蛋白印迹法(Western blot)检测瘦素受体在酒精中毒性脑病大鼠大脑皮层中表达的变化。结果酒精中毒性脑病组瘦素受体表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而且随着酒精浓度及酒精含量的增加即饮酒时间的延长、饮酒总量的增加,瘦素受体的表达也呈上调趋势。结论此次实验结果提示瘦素受体参与了酒精中毒性脑病的病理过程。
Objective To observe the variance and expression of leptin receptor in cortex of rats with experimental encephalopathia alcoholica. Methods To establish the animal model of experimental encephalopathia alcoholica in rat using the method of intragastric administration; and to detect the variance and expression of leptin receptor in cortex of rats with experimental encephalopathia alcoholica using Western blot. Results The expression of leptin receptor in experimental encephalopathia alcoholica group was higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 01）, and with the alcohol concentration and content rising, drinking time prolonging or drinking dose increasing,the expression of leptin receptor was up-regulated. Conclusion The test indicated that leptin receptor participated the pathological process.
