摘要 目的通过UVB照射导致的角朊细胞中丙二醛(MDA)、羟自由基(OH.)和超氧阴离子(O2-)水平的改变和清除这些物质酶类含量和活性的改变,探讨B段紫外线对角朊细胞的损伤作用及机制。方法实验组的角朊细胞用UVB进行照射,对照组细胞用普通日光灯照射。分别测定并比较实验组和对照组细胞产生MDA、OH.和O2-的水平以及两组之间谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶的改变,探讨UVB导致角朊细胞的损伤作用及机制。结果实验组角朊细胞产生的MDA、OH.和O2-的水平显著高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶水平明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论UVB照射能够导致角朊细胞的氧化损伤,使角朊细胞的的自由基产生增加,使谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶水平明显降低。 Objective To explore the damages and mechanisms of UVB on keratinocytes through the measurement of MDA, OH·, O2^- ,glutathione oxidase and superexide dismutase level produced by kerafinocytes which were radiated by ultra-violet B.Methotis Keratinocytes in treated group were radiated by UVB and those in control were exposed to visible hght. MDA, OH·, O2^- level from two group keratinocytes were compared, so were the GSH and SOD contents in two groups. Results MDA, OH·, O2^- level in UVB treated group was much higher than those in visible exposed group;GSH and SOD were significantly lower in treated group than those in control. Conclusion UVB can cause oxidative damages to kerafinocytes and GSH,SOD contents decrease in treated group.
