摘要
目的研究乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)前S1抗原(Pre-S1 antigen,Pre-S1Ag)检测的临床意义。方法用ELISA法对606例乙肝患者血清进行HBV“两对半”、Pre-S1Ag检测,其中对100例乙肝患者还检测了HBV-DNA。结果606例HBsAg(+)中,Pre-S1Ag阳性率为64.0%;168例HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(+)标本中,Pre-S1Ag阳性率为87.5%;438例HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(-)标本中,Pre-S1Ag阳性率为55.0%;在同时检测HBV-DNA与Pre-S1Ag的100例的各种感染模式中,Pre-S1Ag与HBV-DNA的阳性率也是比较吻合的。结论Pre-S1Ag可以反映HBV病毒感染与复制,是乙型肝炎早期诊断、疗效评估的可靠指标。
Objective To study the clinical significance of hepatiffs B virtu Pre-S1 antigen. Methods Pre-S1 antigen of 606 serums was detected by EHSA, and HBV-DNA of 100 serubs was tested by PCR at the sametime. Results The positive rate of Pre- S1 antigen was 64.0% in 606 cases of the HBsAg-positive group; The positive rate of Pre-S1 antigen was 87.5% in 168 cases of the HBsAg-positive and HBeAg-positive group; The positive rate of Pre-S1 antigen was 55.0% in 438 cases of the HBsAg-positive and HBeAg-negative group; The positive rate of Pre-S1 antigen and I-IBV-DNA was identical in 100 cases of different infection detected at the same. Conclusion HBV Pre-S1 antigen may reflect the replication and infection of hepatitis B virus, which can be used as a reliable marker of early diagnosis and the efficacy of therapy in hepatitis B,and have important significance in clinic.
