摘要
在紫外光辐照下,二苯甲酮通过夺氢(聚乙烯醇中的氢)反应,可以使甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)在聚乙烯醇(PVA)上接枝。接枝率与反应温度、反应时间、MMA浓度、PVA浓度以及二苯甲酮的用量有关。接枝共聚物用红外光谱及热失重的方法进行了表征。结果表明,接枝物的耐湿性、耐热性都比PVA有较大程度的提高。
The PVA radical formed by abstract of hydrogen atom from PVA by diphenyl-methanone at ultraviolet radiation could initiate MMA to polymerize. The graft ratioof MMA onto PVA are dependent on the reaction time, temperature and concentra-tions of MMA, diphenylmethanone and PVA. Graft copolymer was identified by IRand thermo-analytical methods, the results showed that the properties of resistanceto moisture and heat resistance of grafter are much better than PVA.
