maspin及uPA在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:7

The Expressions and Clinical Significance of Maspin and uPA in Colon Cancers

摘要 目的探讨结肠癌组织中maspin蛋白,尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭性的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测50例结肠癌和24例癌旁正常组织中maspin蛋白、uPA的表达,并对其与结肠癌临床病理分期的关系进行统计学分析。结果在正常结肠黏膜、结肠腺瘤和结肠癌组织中,maspin表达的阳性率逐渐下降,而uPA表达的阳性率逐渐上升。maspin蛋白和uPA在结肠癌组织中的表达均与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期有关,两者在结肠癌组织中的表达呈负相关。结论结肠癌的发生、浸润和转移可能和maspin蛋白表达下调及uPA表达上调密切相关,它们可能成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点,也可作为一组有效的结肠癌肿瘤标记物和判断预后的指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of maspin and uPA and the biological behavior in colon cancers. Methods The expressions of maspin and uPA in tumor tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 50 cases with colon cancers and 24 cases with normal colon epithelium. The relationship of the expressions with clinicopathological characteristics was statistically analyzed. Results In normal colonic tissues, colonic adenomas and adenocarcinomas, the positive rates of maspin descended, while the positive rates of uPA ascended sequentially. The expressions of maspin and uPA were correlated with the depth of invasion, Dukes pathologic stage and lymph node metastasis. And there was negative correlation between the expressions of maspin and uPA in colonic adenocarcinoma tissues. Conclusions The carcinogenesis, invasion and metastasis of colonic adenocarcinoma may be correlated with the abnormal expressions of maspin and uPA. They could be valuable tumor markers and prognostic factors for colonic carcinoma, and could be potential target for therapies of colonic adenocarcinoma.
