Study Advance of Alkaline Proteinase from Microbiology

通过查阅国内外大量文献资料、分析,从微生物碱性蛋白酶国内外应用研究现状、高产菌株的选育方法、基因结构及功能等方面进行了综述,并对微生物碱性蛋白酶的发展提出了几点建议。

Application study status, high proteinase-producing strain screening methods, gene structure and functions of alkaline proteinase were summarized through reading and analyzing datum from overseas and at home. At last, some suggestions were proposed for alkaline pro teinase development.
