在生产中利用电位滴定法测定干红葡萄酒中SO_2的含量,避免了直接碘量法终点识别的困难。总结出一种快速、准确而有效的分析方法。
During the production, determination of SO2 (sulphur dioxide) in dry red wine using potentiometric titration avoids the end-point recognition difficulty compared with using iodometry method. A rapid, precise and effective method is summarized.
