摘要
L-氨基酸甲酯盐酸盐与三光气和苯胺反应合成了手性不对称脲氨基酸甲酯(2),2经NaBH4还原得到8个手性不对称脲氨基醇,其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS确证。
Chiral unsymmetrical urea amino acid methyl esters （2） were synthesized by reaction of triphosgene, aniline and L-amino acids methyl ester hydrochloride from L-amino acid. 2 were reduced by NaBH4 to obtain eight chiral unsymmetrical urea amino alcohols. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR and MS.
