合成6-甲氧基-2-萘甲醛的新方法 被引量:3

摘要 6-甲氧基-2-萘甲酸与硫酸二甲酯发生酯化反应制备6-甲氧基-2-萘甲酸甲酯(2);2与水合肼合成6-甲氧基-2-萘甲酰肼(3);在苯磺酰氯存在下,3发生McFadyen-Stevens还原反应得到制备萘丁美酮的中间体——6-甲氧基-2-萘甲醛,总收率43.3%。 6-Methoxy-2-naphthaldehyde, an intermediate of Nabumetone, was synthesized by the esterifiction of 6-methoxy-2-naphthacid with dimethyl sulfate, the hydrazinolysis of methyl 6-methoxy-2- naphthformate with hydrazine hydrate and the McFadyen-Stevens reduction in 43.3 % overall yield.
