摘要
目的通过对硬聚氯乙烯(Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride,UPVC)管线柔性接口强度实验,确定UPVC供水管线柔性接口抗震性能.方法通过对地下UPVC供水管线接口力学性能分析,并对UPVC管线进行了注水和不注水、不同管径、不同水压变化的接口轴向拉拔实验.结果笔者通过控制位移的加载方式实验,确定管线接口轴向拉力和接口位移的关系曲线.结论在地震波作用下,地下UPVC供水管线管径越大,震害率越低.与不注水的UPVC供水管线相比,注水UPVC供水管线接口的抗拉强度较强.
During the earthquake, the underground pipelines are vulnerable to damage, which leads to the corresponding lifeline project damage or even functional damage of the whole system, and may possibly trigger various earthquake-connected disasters. Through the connection anti-pulls experiment, we obtains the connection strength and the displacement relations, and obtains the UPVC (Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride) the pipeline flexible connection intensity. This longitudinal experiment study consists of water injection and non water injection, different pipe diameters, and variable water pressure. Finally, we find the strength of bigger diameter and water injection pipe is stronger.
