最优施工完成度对大跨连续刚构桥的施工控制 被引量:3

摘要 目的为使大跨连续刚构桥的施工过程和成桥状态最大程度的满足设计和规范的要求.方法提出大跨度连续刚构桥的最优节段施工完成度、最优成桥施工完成度、最优节段施工状态和最优成桥施工状态的概念,并利用施工完成度来评价桥梁施工过程与成桥状态对设计和规范的满足程度.经过全局优化的最优施工完成度不单是一个评价指标,而且是施工控制中的关键因素;采用全局优化思想对施工过程中的立模标高进行控制.结果采用提出的方法对富阳富春江大桥进行了施工控制的全过程计算研究并指导施工,得到的成桥状态满足设计和规范的要求,证明其正确性及工程实际价值.结论利用提出的基于最优施工完成度的施工控制方案来指导施工,会使连续刚构桥的施工由最优节段施工状态最终达到最优成桥状态. To satisfy norm and design, this paper uses global optimization to confirm formwork placing elevation during the construction and completion of long span continuous rigid frame bridges. This paper proposes optimum level of completion of construction stage and optimum level of construction completion of state of accomplished bridge of long span continuous rigid frame bridges, proposes optimum completion state and optimum construction stage of long span continuous rigid frame bridges, level of construction completion are used to evaluate approach degree between construction and design. Optimum level of construction completion on global optimization is not only the evaluating indicator but the critical factor in construction control. The method presented in this paper is used to analyse and guide construction of Fuchunjiang River Bridge, the approach degree between construction and design satisfy code, tbe example is a good illustration of the soundness and practical value of the proposed method. Level of construction completion based on the construction control program are used to guide construction, this will be optimum construction state and optimum completion state of long span continuous rigid frame bridges.
