摘要
目的研究一体式膜生物反应器处理豆制品加工废水的可行性及处理效果,为豆制品加工废水处理提供新的工艺选择.方法采用一体式膜生物反应器处理豆制品加工废水,在连续运行过程中,对进水和出水的化学需氧量、生物化学需氧量、悬浮物、氨氮和总磷进行测定,通过对主要污染物进出水质量浓度变化的分析,确定膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺处理豆制品加工废水的可行性、运行情况和豆制品加工废水中对各污染指标的去除效果.结果通过60 d的连续运行,MBR处理豆制品加工废水出水水质好,CODCr,BOD5,氨氮和SS的去除率分别高达96.84%,94.37%,95%和99.83%.结论利用膜生物反应器处理豆制品加工废水在技术上可行.有机物去除率高,装置具有较强的耐冲击能力,出水稳定.
The treatment of the soybean processing wastewater by submerged membrane bioreactor has been studied in a pilot-scale test. Within the 60 days of continuous operation, the CODcr, BODs, SS, NH3-N and TP were measured, the removal efficiencies of CODcr, BODs, NH3-N and SS are 96.84 %, 94.37 %, 95 % and 99.83 % respectively. The results showed that the treatment of the soybean processing wastewater by SMBR was feasible. The applied system removed the organic substances with removal efficiency high up to 90 %, and was capable of resisting the loading shock, with a stable effluent quality.
