以吐温、甲苯、乙醚三种作为改变红曲霉菌GM011细胞膜通透性的有机溶剂,探讨其对红曲霉菌GM011液态发酵的影响,结果表明:甲苯对该菌的生长、Monacolin K和色素的产生均具有抑制作用,对菌体生长的形态的影响也最大,且这种抑制和添加量成正比例关系;吐温则可以促进色素产生和菌体的生长,但是对Monacolin K的产生却有抑制作用;而乙醚在所试验的添加浓度范围内,对菌体生长、红色色素色价、以及菌体形态几乎不产生影响,但是对Monacolin K的产生却有很大的促进作用。当每隔24h添加1mL乙醚,发酵周期为14d时,发酵液中Monacolin K的浓度为425mg/L,是对照的2.53倍。
The influence of toluene, aether and tween-80 on the liquid fermentation of Monascus GM011 was studied due to their capability of changing the cell membrane permeability. Results showed that toluene not only inhibited the growth of GM011 and the production of Monacolin K and red pigment, but also greatly influenced the morphology of GM011, while tween-80 could promote the growth of the fungus, favor the production of red pigment and inhibit the production of Monacolin K. When aether was added to the fermentation liquid, little effect was found on the growth of GM011, the production of red pigment and the morphology of GM011, while it greatly improved the production of Monacolin K. By adding 1 mL aether into 100 mL broth per 24 h, the concentration of Monacolin K was up to 425mg/L, which is 2.53 times higher than that of the control.
