教育思维的特性在于“培养人”,这意味着它不是无边界的,也不是无所不包的。教育思维要展现其“培养人”的魅力,就必须超越概念思维和简单思维的局限,纠正它们的偏颇。纠正的基本思路是:以实践思维为基本导向,在实践思维过程中,充分认识实践的复杂性,学会复杂思维,避免头脑简单、不容质疑和争辩的简单化实践思维。

The paper considers the human capacity-building property of education thinking, both definite and finite, which needs to go beyond conception and simplification thinking and to be rectified. It suggests that rectification, directed by practical thinking, be conscious of the complexity of practice to learn complex thinking, and avoid simple-mindedness, unquestioning and simplified practical thinking.
