The article attempts to solve the issues with engineering students＇problem-solving and innovating capabilities to be cultivated in practical professional skills. It studies the root causes for students＇failure to meet the demand of enterprises involved in the perspective of curricular instruction and tests, experiment and practice, curricular and graduation design, thus providing workable solutions to strengthen the training of students practical professional skills.
