摘要
通过分析企业对工程专业学生的要求及其存在的差距,从课程教学与考核方式、实验与实习教学、课程设计与毕业设计等方面探讨了造成这些差距的原因。在吸收国外高校成功经验的基础上,针对存在的问题提出了加强工程专业学生实际工作能力的对策。
The article attempts to solve the issues with engineering students'problem-solving and innovating capabilities to be cultivated in practical professional skills. It studies the root causes for students'failure to meet the demand of enterprises involved in the perspective of curricular instruction and tests, experiment and practice, curricular and graduation design, thus providing workable solutions to strengthen the training of students practical professional skills.
