摘要 基于光纤光栅的传感原理和均匀轴向应力作用下光纤光栅的传感模型,分析了引起光纤光栅轴向灵敏度变化的两个因素——弹光效应和光纤芯径变化引起的波导效应,并绘制了其变化曲线.通过选择合适的弹性体,研制出一种光纤光栅索力传感器,最后,给出了该传感实验系统的实验结果,与传统索力传感器相比,该传感器具有更好的稳定性和更高的精度. Based on the fiber optical grating sensing principle and the sensing model of axial stress function on fiber optical grating, two factors which caused the Fiber Bragg Grating axial sensitivity shift are analyzed-elastic foundation effect and wave-guide effect caused by the fiber diameter change, and the changing curves were drew. A novel fiber optical grating cable tension sensor is developed by chosen appropriate elastomer; finally, the result of the sensing experiment system was given. Also, the sensor system shows better stability and higher accuracy in comparison with traditional cable tension sensor.
