The Globalization of Administration: Perspective and Opportunities in China

自20世纪90年代以来,全球化已经成为中国行政管理学者不得不关注的一个重要研究课题。从中国的视角看,行政管理全球化已成为一种新的发展趋势。但全球化不是把某些发达国家的规则强加给全球各国;而是意味着各民族国家已有价值观念和行为规则的融合,是多样化的统一。行政管理全球化的到来对中国传统的行政管理会带来一定的挑战,但也会带来重要的发展机遇。

Since 1990s,The globalization has been an important research topic which the administration scholars have to concern about in China. From Chinese perspective, the globalization of administration has become a new trend. However, it does not mean imposing certain developed countries＇ rules on other countries in the world, or requiring other countries to comply with them. Instead, it means the integration of each nation＇s existing values and rules-a unity in diversity. It may bring some challenges as well as important developing opportunities to the Chinese administration.
