摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了产自青海的白丁香花蕾的挥发油,应用GC/MS方法对其化学成分进行了分析,分离出47个色谱峰,鉴定了26个化合物,占总峰面积的88.7%,主要成分是丁香酚、丁香醇、石竹烯、苯乙醇等化合物。
In the paper, the essential oil of Syringa oblate Lindl var affinis Lingelsh bud from Qinghai was ex- tracted by the method of water vapor distillation. After detected by GC-MS, 47 peaks were separated from the oil. Among them, 26 compounds taken up 88.7% of total peak areas were identified. Main of them was eugenol, lilac alcohol, caryophyllene, phenylethyl alcohol, and so on.
