摘要
目的评价双侧锁定钢板治疗Schatzker胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法自2004年7月至2005年12月采用双侧锁定钢板治疗Schatzker胫骨平台骨折12例,其中男9例,女3例;年龄23～57岁,平均44岁。术中采用前外侧联合内侧双切口,胫骨平台骨折复位,锁定钢板固定,同时植骨。术后2d开始CPM被动膝关节活动,2周内达到90°。以HSS评分评价膝关节功能,以优良率表示。结果随访12例患者,随访时间8个月～2年,骨折全部愈合,无断钉、钢板松动、断板并发症,无骨折延迟愈合。采用HSS评分,优良率为83.33%。结论双侧锁定钢板对Schatzker胫骨平台骨折提供了方便的复位和稳定的内固定,允许膝关节早期活动,有良好的临床效果。
Objective To disseuss the clinical effect of fracture of tibial plateau treated with bilateral lock plates. Methods Twelve eases were treated with internal fixation and bone autograft. The knee began to exercise functionally in 2 days after operation, and the angle of flexion of knee got 90 degree. Results All patients were follow up and got osteounion after operation. According to HSS score systerm, 9 patients were excellent, 3 patients were good, 2 patients were bad. Conclusion Reliable effect can be achieved for fracture of tibial plateau treated with bilateral lock plate.
