颈静脉内照射光动力学疗法对大鼠血液成分的影响

摘要 目的探讨血管内照射光动力学疗法对大鼠血液成分的影响。方法Wistar大鼠32只随机分成4组,每组8只。3个实验组,分别经尾静脉注射HpD 1、5和25 mg,以功率为5 mW的630nm半导体激光,颈静脉血管内照射。另设不做任何处理的正常对照组。于实验第3和6小时取血检查WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、PLT、W-SCR。结果在HpD浓度为5 mg/ml,激光功率5 mW,照射时间30 min,血液指标无损伤性变化。结论提示在一定条件下照射在体光动力学疗法对血液成份无危害性影响。 Objective To study the effect on normal blood index by photodynamic therapy with irradiation on blood. Methods The blood was irradiated via jugular vein with three doses of HpD ( separately 1,5 and 25 mg/ml, 1 ml to every rat) injected through caudal vein,the blood routine examination was conducted and the effect of PDT was analyzed. Results The experiment showed that blood index had no damaging changes under certain concentration of HpD and intensity of light ( HpD :5 mg/ml,laser power: 5 mW, irradiated time : 30 min). Conclusions The result shows that photedynamie therapy through irradiating the blood has no damaging effect under certain condition.
