摘要
以磷钨酸为催化剂,用乙酸酐和β-萘酚合成了乙酸-β-萘酯。确定了最佳合成条件为:乙酸酐6 mL(0.06 mol)、β-萘酚7.2 g(0.05 mol)、磷钨酸1.0 g、反应温度80℃、反应时间30 min,此时产率达96.8%。产品色泽好、后处理简单,催化剂可重复使用4次以上。
β-Naphthyl acetate was synthesized from acetic anhydride and β-naphthol using phosphotungstic acid as catalyst to replace conventional liquid acid. The yield of β-naphthyl acetate was 96.8% under the optimum conditions: β-naphthol 7.2 g(0.05 mol) ,acetic anhydride 6 mL(0.06 mol), phosphotungstic acid 1.0 g, reaction time 30 min, reaction temperature 80℃. The after-treatment of the product was simple and the color of the product was excellent. The catalyst could be recovered and reused for more than 4 times.
