摘要
采用复合固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2为催化剂、马来酸酐和2-乙基己醇为原料合成了马来酸二(2-乙基)己酯。确定了最佳合成工艺条件为:催化剂用量(占总投料量质量分数)为1.2%-1.5%、酐醇摩尔比为1∶2.5、反应温度145℃、反应压力低于1.5 kPa、反应时间2.0 h,此时产品收率达96.7%。催化剂可重复使用5次,再生容易。
A complex catalyst system, SO4^2-/ZrO2-TiO2 was prepared and used as catalyst for the synthesis of di-2-ethylhexyl maleate with maleic anhydride and 2-ethyl hexanol. The optimum conditions were determined as follows:catalyst dosage 1.2%-1.5%(the mass fraction of the total material), the molar ratio of rnaleic anhydride to 2-ethyl hexanol 1 : 2. 5, reaction temperature 145℃ ,reaction pressure below 1.5 kPa, reflux reation time 2. 0 h. And the yield of the product reached 96.7%. The catalyst could be reused for five times and could be regenerated easily.
