摘要
将固定化α-淀粉酶和糖化酶制成乳状液,用以降低低次烟叶中淀粉的含量。考察了乳状液用量、温度、时间、烟叶水分含量对降解烟叶中淀粉的影响。确定降解的最佳条件为:α-淀粉酶和糖化酶的用量分别为1 6 U.g-1和8 0 U.g-1、烟叶水分含量2 0%-2 5%、降解时间1 5 h、降解温度5 0-5 5℃,此时可降解烟叶中3 0%的淀粉。
α-Amylase and saccharidase were made into emulsion, and the emulsion was used to lower the quantity of starch in low-grade tobacco. In this paper, the effects of emulsion usage, degradation temperature, degradation time and the moisture content of the tabacco on degradation of starch were investigated. The optimum conditions were determined as follows:the quantity of α-amylase 16 U ·g^-1 and saccharidase 80 U ·g^-1, the moisture content of the tobacco 20%-25%, degradation time 15 hours and degradation temperature 50- 55 ℃. The starch could be degraded about 30%.
