摘要
研究了MMA/BA对SBS接枝共聚胶粘剂的胶粘原理、基本配方及合成工艺,并探讨了溶剂体系、原料配比、反应时间、引发剂用量、反应温度等对合成反应的影响,优化了工艺条件,并用红外光谱对接枝产物的结构进行了表征。
The graft copolymer of MMA and BA on SBS, as a novel adhesive especially for PP/PE lamination, was investigated. The graft principle, basic prescription and synthesizing technology were described. The effecting of solvent system, raw material ratio, initiator amount, reaction time and temperature had been discussed to optimize the technical condition. The conformation of the graft copolymer was proved by FTIR spectroscopy.
