摘要
表面增强激光解析电离.飞行时间-质谱(SELDI-TOF—MS)近来被广泛应用于很多领域,尤其在寻找新的标记物方面,已有大量的文章报道发现不同的新标记物蛋白。人们逐渐意识到应该详细研究这些标记物的重复性,对其进行验证,研究它们的起源并进行鉴定。
Surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF MS )is used frequently in recent years, especially in finding tumour markers, and many new proteins are reported as biomarkers. However, it is increasingly recognized that reproducibility and validation of these biomarkers should be addressed carefully, as well as their origin and identity.
