摘要
根据潜油电机的特殊结构,建立了充分考虑定子隔磁段及转子扶正轴承对端部漏抗影响的三维有限元数学模型,对其求解得到了具有通用价值的端部漏抗曲线族。运用流体力学基本原理,并结合潜油电机止推轴承动块、静块以及扶正轴承的经验公式得到了简便计算潜油电机机械损耗的方法。改进了潜油电机的设计方法,提高了其设计精度。设计结果与实验数据对比表明,该方法正确可行。
3D finite element mathematic model was established on the basis of the structure characteristics of submersible motor,considering the effect of stator magnet partition and rotor bearing. The model was solved to get the prevalent applied curves for the end leakage reactance. A simple method for calculating the mechanical loss of submersible motor was gained by combining the basic theory of hydrodynamics with traditional experiential calculation formulas for solid bearing shoe, thrust running and rotor bearing. The design method of submersible motor was improved,and the design precision was enhanced. This method was proved to be right and feasible by comparison of design result with experiment data.
