Central heating is the requirement of environment protection and energy saving. But, proper plan and scientific evaluation are needed to carry out before the starting of project construction. The heating density method and peak and valley method used in analyzing heat load were introduced in this article. Meantime, the contents of finance assessment of project and national economy assessment were described.
