摘要
本文阐述电子病历质量实时监控评分需要具备的4个条件:①建立病历质量实时监控方法;②建立病历文书智能判别方法;③建立病历等级评判标准;④建立病历评分数学模型。介绍病历质量实时监控评分的流程、统计方式和作用,对该方法的先进性、实用性、操作性和局限性进行了客观的评价。
The author illustrated four factors that real-time quality control scoring of computer-based patient record （CPR） need： Firstly, the establishment of CPR real-time quality control method;Second/y, the creation of CPR document intelligence judgment method; Thirdly, the found ation of CPR grade evaluation standards; Fourthly, the formation of CPR scoring mathematical model.At the same time,the technological process, statistical patterns and roles of CPR quality control scoring were introduced,the objective assessment for the method aboutits advanced degree, availability, feasibility and limitations were given.
