杭州市出生缺陷状况及问题——对2000-2004年浙江省儿童医院住院治疗资料的分析

The existing situation and Problems of Birth Defect in Hangzhou——An Analysis of the Patients' Materials(2000-2004) from Zhejiang Children Hospital

本文通过利用2000-2004年浙江省儿童医院住院治疗资料,初步分析了杭州市出生缺陷的性别、年龄分布和治疗情况,以及导致出生缺陷的主要疾病病种和系统分类,发现出生缺陷对人口素质影响大、心血管疾病和遗传性疾病发病率高等是目前杭州市出生缺陷存在的主要问题,并提出以预防为主的政策建议。

This thesis analyzes the sex and age distribution of the birth defect as well as the state of therapy in Hangzhou. It also classifies the main diseases which cause the birth defect. The results indicate that the birth defect disease has great effects on the quarhty of the population, both the cardiovascular and the the hereditary diseases are the more frequent incidence of birth defect. And the author suggest a policy of putting prevention first in medical work.
