摘要
采用岩土工程中发展起来的离散单元法对动筛跳汰过程进行模拟研究,并用现有成熟理论和专门物理模型对所建立的模拟模型进行了验证和确认。模拟结果表明,颗粒之间的力是通过碰撞而产生的,并贯穿整个动筛跳汰过程;不同性质的颗粒相对运动的结果导致床层的分层。模拟模型既体现了“确定派”跳汰理论的基本思想,又兼顾了“粒群—统计派”跳汰理论的特点,所以模拟结果比较客观地体现了实际动筛跳汰过程。
Simulation study on the vibro-assisted jigging process was made by discrete element method which was developed in rock and earth engineering and the simulation model developed in the study was verified and confirmed by the existing established theories and special physical models.The simulation results show that the forces acted on the particles are produced by collison and are present through the whole jigging process and that the relative movement of particles of different natures result in the stratification of the particle bed.The simulation model reflects both the basic ideology of the jigging theory of “determination system” and the characteristics of the jigging theory of “partical group-statistic system”.As a result,the simulation results objectively reflect the practical process of vibro-assisted jigging.
