摘要
采用水热KOH溶液法对低硅ZSM-5分子筛(Si/Al_2=40)或丝光沸石(Si/Al_2=15)进行骨架补铝。从补铝前后样品^(20)Si和^(27)Al魔角自旋核磁共振谱的分析,证明了补铝后样品骨架硅铝比降低10%以上。使用补铝后的ZSM-5分子筛或丝光沸石,异丙苯的裂化和甲苯的歧化反应活性提高30%。
The alumination of the lowly siliceous zeolites, i. e. ZSM-5 (Si/Al_2=40) andmordenite (Si/Al_2=15), have been carried out by using a simple hydrothermaltreatment in a KOH solution at moderate temperature. ~29Si-MAS-NMR and ^(27)Al-MAS-NMR spectra show that the framework Al content has been increased and thecatalytic activity of the modified zeolites has been increased obviously for cumenecracking and toluene disproportionation.
