摘要
针对小直径炮孔光面、预裂爆破的特点,提出类似空气间隔装药的聚能爆破技术,并介绍该方法的基础思想及聚能药包的优化设计方法,分析间隔聚能装药爆破促使岩石定向断裂的基本过程及其主要控制参数.以预裂爆破为例,给出主要爆破参数计算公式,并在花岗岩石料开采现场进行了实际应用。
Based on the features of smooth blasting and pre split blasting with small diameter cartridges, a similar blasting method with discrete shaped charges and air spacers was described. The basic ideas of this method and optimal design of shaped charges were depicted. The basic process of directional fracturing and main controlling parameters of blasting were analyzed. Taking pre spliting as an example, the formula for calculation of main blasting parameters was given, and it was applied in the site of granite quarry. It showed that this technique is of practical value to some project.
