摘要
对复杂的机械结构进行建模分析,在图纸阶段预测机械结构的静动态特性是设计者进行创新设计的主要技术手段之一。本文论述了机床整机结构建模中三维模型与有限元模型之间的转换方法、结构简化原则、结合部特性参数的融合技术等。最后以某立式加工中心为例进行了相应的试验和建模计算,验证了本文方法的有效性。
Modeling and analysis of complicated mechanical structure to foretelling its static and dynamic characteristic during the paper design phase is one of the main means of creative design. The conversion between 3D model and finite element analysis ( FEA ) model, the principle of simplifying the structure, the amalgamation technology of the specific parameter of joint face for the modeling of entire machine tool were discussed. Modeling and analysis of a vertical machine center was carded out, which proves the validity of the method.
