摘要
为了消除某机床工作时振动较大的现象,利用钢珠碰撞减振原理,经过正交实验法设计出多种实验方案,并从中找到最佳的减振方案。结果表明:钢珠式减振器可有效地减小该机床关键零部件在各种工况时的振幅,从而提高其加工精度。本文提供的实验方法对于其它类型机床的减振研究亦具有借鉴作用。
In order to eliminate the great vibration on a machine tool in working conditions, based on steel ball impact principle to eliminate vibration, essential experiment schemes were developed according orthogonal theory, and the best scheme for eliminating vi- bration was gained. The result shows that steel ball vibration eliminator is an effective method in reducing machine tool vibration, and can improve manufacture precision. This experimental investigation is useful for reference in reducing vibration for other machine tools.
