摘要
主控阀采用锥阀式结构的拖拉机液压系统能够解决该系统的发热和泄漏的问题,但由于其液压冲击比较剧烈,不利于拖拉机液压系统的操作与控制,本文提出利用动压反馈装置来解决压力冲击,并对该装置进行了设计与计算,最后通过仿真验证了该方案的可行性。
The main control valve adopts cone valve in the hydraulic system of tractor which can prevent the system from overheating and leakage. Because of the strong hydraulic pressure lashing which make against the manipulation of this hydraulic system, dynamic pressure feedback network was proposed to solve the strong hydraulic pressure lashing, and the device was designed. The feasibility of the design was validated by simulation in Simulink.
