摘要
在分析了一般液压压机与高压液压压机使用局限性的基础上,研制了夹板类零件专用压机。本文介绍了该压机的结构及工作原理,并对该压机的液压系统进行了重点说明。该液压系统采用超高压,通过高、低压转换,解决了速度和压力的矛盾,使结构和体积与传统压机相比得到简化和缩小,成本也明显降低。该压机的高、低压转换模式具有普遍适用性。
Based on the analysis of the limitations of conventional hydraulic and high-pressure press, boarding part press were developed. The structure and operating principle of press was introduced, and hydraulic system of the machine was illuminated. The system of extra high pressure can solve the contradiction of velocity and press through the transition of high and low press. Compared with tradition press machine, the structure and capacity of the system is simplified, and the cost is lower. The model of transition of high and low press has applicability in general.
