摘要
通过对液压打桩锤控制系统进行研究,结合当前工程实践和发展趋势,寻求一种可以用于工程实践的行之有效的智能化控制策略,提出将MCU控制技术、SSI集成电路技术以及自适应打击算法应用到打桩锤的控制系统中,并实际开发了微型液压锤的作业操控系统。
The control system of hydraulic sysytem was studied, and combining with the current trends in industry project, an intelligent control strategy was proposed, which is more effective in industry project. With the MCU control technology, SSI IC technology and adaptive algorithms were applied to hydraulic hammer control system, an operational control system of micro-hydraulic hammer was developed.
