摘要
利用故障树分析方法对100MN巨型多向模锻液压机计算机控制系统进行了分析,建立了控制系统故障树模型,并计算了系统的平均无故障时间(MTBF),针对可靠性较薄弱环节,提出了改进控制系统结构、增加重要子系统冗余度的措施,以求较大程度地提高控制系统的可靠性,从而确保水压机安全可靠地运行。
The reliability of the computer control system of 100MN multi way die forging water press was analyzed by means of fault tree, and the model of the fault tree of the control system was established, then the average MTBF of the system was calculated. To deal with the less reliability part, the improving means was put forward by changing the system structure and enhancing redundant of key subsystem to ensure water press running safely and reliably.
