摘要
在三峡左岸电站14台水轮发电机组中,有6台机组由通用电气加拿大公司、德国伏伊特水电集团公司和德国西门子公司所组成的联营体生产的,简称为VGS机组,它们均为水内冷发电机。三峡左岸电站VGS机组纯水系统存在氮气压力经常报警、维护成本高、电磁泵启动时泵进口补水不及时等不足。为解决这一问题,三峡水力发电厂和沈阳海为电力设备有限公司合作研制了水内冷发电机纯水波纹补偿装置。该装置不但一次性地解决了这些问题,而且对解决久困三峡水力发电厂的VGS机组纯水电磁泵损坏的问题也起到了良好的作用。
There are 14 hydropower generators in Three-gorge Left Bank Power Station, including 6 VGS units manufactured by the joint operation body from GE Canada and Voith-Siemens Germany, which is the water-cooled generator. There were some problems in pure water system of VGS unit in Three-gorge Left Bank Power Station, such as nitrogen pressure warning, high cost of maintenance, and makeup water for electromagnetic pump at starting etc.. To solve these problems, the pure water ripple compensation installation was developed by Three-gorge Hydropower Plant and Shenyang Haiwei Power Equipment Co., which is not only to solve these problems, but also to solve the problem of damage of electromagnetic pump for VGS unit in Three-gorge Hydropower Plant.
