超细CaZrO_3粉体的湿法制备 被引量:2

THE SYSTHESIS OF SUPERFINE CaZrO 3 POWDER BY MEANS OF WET CHEMICAL METHOD

摘要 CaZrO3粉体是电子陶瓷工业生产和科研中的重要原料之一.作者针对干法合成CaZrO3困难这一实际问题,采用先共沉淀后煅烧的湿法制备技术,并利用化学分析、离心沉降法和透视电镜照相(TEM)等检测手段探讨了工艺条件.实验结果表明,采用湿法可制备颗粒均匀、粒径小于0.5μm、纯度在99.0%以上的CaZrO3粉体. CaZrO 3 powder is a kind of important raw materials in the electronic ceramic industry. This paper mainly talks about synthesis of superfine CaZrO 3 ceramic powder by means of wet chemical method. We used such analytic methods as chemical analysis, acentric deposition analysis and transmission electron microscope analysis to make clear the best conditions of synthesis. All the results told us that using this method we could acquire CaZrO 3 powder whose average article size is below 0 5 μm with a good dispersion state.
