针灸配合西药治疗类风湿关节炎活动期42例

Treatment of 42 Patients with Active Rheumatoid Arthritis by Acupuncture and Moxibustion plus Western Medicine

目的观察针灸配合西药与单纯西药治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)活动期的疗效差异。方法治疗组采用隔物灸加三棱针散刺法联合西药治疗21例,并与药物对照组口服甲氨蝶呤加美洛昔康治疗21例进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为90.5%,对照组总有效率61.9%。两组疗效相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且治疗组无副反应发生。结论针灸配合西药治疗类风湿关节炎活动期疗效优于对照组,并且避免了西药的副反应的发生。

Objective To compare the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion plus Western drugs with simple Western drugs for treating active rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods A treatment group of 21 cases who receive medicinal cake-separated moxibution and scattered acupuncture with three-edged needles plus Western drugs was compared with a drug control group of 21 cases who received oral Methotrexate and Meloxicam. Results The total efficacy rate was 90.5% in the treatment group and 61.9% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group had no adverse response. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion plus Western drugs is more effective than simple Western drugs in treating active rheumatoid arthritis. It also reduce the incidence of adverse responses to Western drugs.
