摘要
以某商住小区为例,阐述了超高层建筑主体结构施工阶段监理对各个环节的质量检查和质量控制,使分部工程质量符合设计和施工规范要求,达到验收标准并获得“三峡杯”优质结构奖,浅谈其监理工作体会。
Taking a certain residential-commercial plot as an example, this article discussed on construction observation of main structure in high-rise building for quality inspect and quality control, as a result, each individual project conformed to the design and construction specification to meet the acceptance standard, and received the ＂Three Gorges cup＂ reward.
