摘要
阐述了DDA、DDB型防尘细纱吊锭的结构特点,指出DD1~DD9型吊锭存在的问题,分析应用DDA、DDB型吊锭的经济效益,认为DDA、DDB型吊锭使用寿命是普通吊锭的10倍,平均每年投入还不到DD1~DD9吊锭的1/5,是理想的换代产品;同时,可利用DDA、DDB型吊锭的技术,对DD1~DD9型吊锭进行改造。
Description is done to the structuring characteristic of dust proof suspending spindles DDA and DDB and the exsiting problems are anylyzed with the suspending spindles DD1 -DD9 and the economic efficiency of the spindle DDA -DDB are evalued. The author finds out that the service life of the suspending spindles DDn and DDB is ten times of the conventional suspending spindles, only 1/5 investment of the spindles DD1 -DD9, thus an ideal substitution of the conventional ones. Conclusion is made that it is possible to use the technology of the suspending spindles DDA and DDB to modify the structure of the spindles DD1 -DD9.
